Info for photo packages ordered at our Fall photo session (held Oct. 18/19 2024):

Here is a listing of names provided to CSC, by the photographer, of those people that placed an order.

If you are on this list, we should have photos for you!

NOTES FOR COACHES: 

• Please be sure to have your picture taken too, so that you will appear in the team photo (max of 3 coaches total)
• Please encourage all players from the team to have their photo taken, even if they do not order a photo package, as this will allow for 'complete' Team Photos
• Remember, you do not have to corral your players to show-up at the same time for an 'old school' team photo...the photo company stitches the individual player and coach photos together, to create a team photo (read more in the 'About the photographer' section below) 

When:

• see age group 'schedule' below, but these are the two time windows:
  • Friday Oct. 18;  4:30pm - 8:30pm
  • Sat. Oct. 19;  9:30am - 1:00pm
    

Where:

• Cranford Community Center
• Room 200 (upstairs…walk toward the long hallway, first room on the right)

What to wear:

- for Jr. Rec u5 & u6, wear the shirt you wore during the season
- for Jr. Rec u7 & u 8, wear the reversible shirt you wore during the season - blue side showing
- for Rec & Travel, wear the 'away' kit (blue jersey)
- for CDA, wear the 'away' kit (blue jersey)
- coaches, wear any Cranford colors you have, but prefer Blue tops/jackets if possible

SCHEDULE:

1. attend the CSC's Player Photo Session
2. fill-out a paper form to order a photo package
   1. consider ordering at least the base package, then you can always order more later
   2. if you do not order any photos at the photo session, you will not be able to order photos later
3. electronic payment for photo package
4. have your player(s) photos taken

1. it typically takes 6+ weeks for photos to be completed/delivered to CSC
2. once photos are ready, the photographer will email those that ordered a photo package, digital copies of your player's photo
3. CSC shall make arrangements for two pickup with different days of the week and times, to offer options to our members
4. CSC shall make arrangements for a central pickup location (ex. Cranford Community Center)
   1. we do this, instead of having coaches distribute for a few reasons:
      1. our volunteer coaches already give so much time, effort, and energy - we do not wish to over-task them on something CSC leadership can support
      2. limiting hand-offs mitigates losing and damaging photos
